Salmon DNA serum (PDRN): am I actually doing this

The latest K-beauty trend in my feed is PDRN. It's a serum made from salmon DNA. Salmon. DNA.

The reviews are very good, everyone says it makes their skin look "glassy". It doesn't smell like fish (I checked the reviews for that specifically).

What's the verdict? Has anyone here tried it?
Yes, I'm the one who brought the cheese puffs.

I've been using one for 2 months. My skin is a bit plumper and calmer. Is that the salmon or the fact that I finally started drinking water? I genuinely can't tell.

every year there's a new hero ingredient. snail mucin, centella, rice, now salmon. I love it honestly, it's like a new season of a show

From what I've read, most of the impressive results are from injections at a clinic, not serums. The serums are probably more of a nice hydrating step than a miracle. But a nice hydrating step is nice.

Snail mucin was the weirdest one for me and it became my holy grail. Never judge an ingredient by its animal.
